Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when using the Footbally application and how user privacy is protected.
1. What data do we collect?
The Footbally application does not collect any personal data from users. We do not gather, store, sell, or process any information that could directly identify the user.
Footbally does not require creating an account, logging in, or providing personal information such as name, email address, phone number, location, or contacts.
2. Tactical data and user-created content
Footbally allows users to create and edit football tactics, formations, tactical boards, player positions, team layouts, notes, and saved tactics.
The application may allow the user to create or modify data such as:
- tactic names

- player numbers
- player positions
- team names
- ball position
- tactical board layouts
- saved tactic files
- tactical descriptions or notes
- application preferences, such as selected theme
This data is processed locally on the user’s device. It is not uploaded to any server, transmitted over the internet, or shared with third parties by the application.
If the user enters real names of players, team members, or other people inside the application, this information remains stored only locally on the device unless the user manually shares it outside the application.
3. Saved tactics and local storage
Footbally may store saved tactics locally on the device so that the user can return to them later. These saved tactics may include formation data, player data, tactical settings, ball position, team setup, and user-created tactic names.
Saved tactics are stored only on the user’s device. Footbally does not send saved tactics to us, to external servers, or to third-party services.
If the user deletes the application or clears app data from the device settings, locally saved tactics and preferences may be removed.
4. Tactical guide content
Footbally includes a tactical guide with educational football-related articles and explanations. Reading guide articles does not require an account and does not send reading activity to us.
The application does not track which articles the user reads.
5. User preferences
The application may store basic preferences locally on the device, such as:
- selected app theme, for example light, dark, or system mode
- interface preferences
- locally saved app settings
These preferences are stored only on the user’s device and are not sent to us or to any third party.
6. Ads and analytics
The application:
- does not display ads,
- does not use analytics tools,
- does not integrate third-party tracking services,
- does not track users,
- does not sell user data.
7. App permissions
Footbally does not require access to sensitive device features in order to provide its main functionality.
The application does not require access to:
- camera
- microphone
- location
- contacts
- messages
- photos or media library

If a future version of the application introduces new features requiring additional permissions, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
8. Internet connection
Footbally is designed to work without collecting or transmitting personal data. The application does not upload user-created tactics or player data to the internet.
If the application is distributed through an app store, the store provider may process certain technical or account-related information according to its own privacy policy. Footbally does not control such processing.
9. Sharing data with third parties
Footbally does not share personal data with third parties, because the application does not collect personal data.
User-created tactics, player names, team names, and tactical layouts are not shared automatically. If the user manually exports, screenshots, sends, or shares content outside the application, that action is controlled by the user.
10. Security
Since Footbally stores user-created tactical data locally on the device and does not transmit it to external servers, the risk of external data interception is minimized.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their own device, especially if they enter private or real-world team information into the application.
11. Children’s privacy
Footbally is a football tactics and coaching application. It is not specifically intended to collect data from children and does not knowingly collect any personal data from minors.
If the application is used by younger users, no account creation or personal data submission is required.
