Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how the BMI Body Planner application handles information entered by users.
BMI Body Planner is designed to work locally on your device. The application does not require an account, does not upload your data to a server, and does not sell, share, or transfer your personal information to third parties.
1. Data entered by the user

- gender
- height

- notes entered by the user
- selected language, unit system, theme, and reminder settings
This information is processed locally on the user’s device and is used only to provide the features of the application.
2. Local storage
The application may store information locally on the user’s device so that the app can remember previous measurements, profile settings, progress history, selected language, unit system, theme, and reminder preferences.
This data is stored locally within the application storage on the device. It is not uploaded to any external server by BMI Body Planner.
3. Health and fitness information
BMI Body Planner processes health and fitness-related values such as weight, height, BMI, body measurements, estimated body fat, calorie needs, and progress statistics. These values are used only to calculate and display results inside the application.
The application is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, medical advice, treatment, or professional health recommendations.
Calculations such as BMI, calorie needs, body fat percentage, and other body metrics are estimates and may not be accurate for every person. For medical or health-related decisions, users should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Data collection and sharing
BMI Body Planner does not collect personal data from users on our servers. The application does not transmit user-entered health or fitness data to us.
The application does not:
- create user accounts,
- upload profile data to external servers,
- share user data with third parties,
- sell user data,
- track users across apps or websites,
- use advertising networks,
- use analytics services.
5. Ads, analytics, and third-party services
BMI Body Planner does not display ads and does not use third-party analytics tools. The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs or user tracking systems.
6. App permissions
BMI Body Planner requests only permissions that are necessary for app functionality.
If the user enables reminders, the app may request notification permission in order to show local reminders on the device. These notifications are generated locally and are used only for reminders selected by the user.
The application does not require access to:
- contacts,
- camera,
- microphone,
- precise location,
- photos or media files,
- phone calls or messages.
7. Internet connection
BMI Body Planner does not require an internet connection for its core features. Calculations, history, profile data, and settings are handled locally on the device.
8. Data control and deletion
Users can edit or delete measurements and data entered inside the application where such options are available.
Users can also delete locally stored app data by uninstalling the application or clearing the application data through the device system settings. Removing the app may delete locally stored measurements, profile data, history, and preferences from the device.
9. Data security
Since BMI Body Planner stores user-entered data locally on the device and does not transmit it to external servers, the risk of online interception is minimized.
Users are responsible for keeping their own device secure, for example by using a screen lock, device encryption, and system security updates.
10. Children’s privacy
BMI Body Planner is not specifically directed to children. The application does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has entered information into the app, they can remove it by deleting the app data or uninstalling the application from the device.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the application, legal requirements, or privacy practices. Any updated version will be published with a new “Last updated” date.
